Clash Poker is operated from the United Kingdom ("we", "us"). Contact for anything in this policy: support@clashpoker.app.
We process account and gameplay data to provide the game (performance of a contract), purchase records to fulfil purchases and meet accounting law (legal obligation), and security logs to keep the service safe (legitimate interests).
Only service providers who run the game for us: cloud hosting and database providers (currently Railway and Neon, in the EU/UK region), the app stores, and RevenueCat for purchase processing. Each acts under their own data-processing terms.
Account and gameplay data: while your account is active and up to 12 months after last activity. Purchase ledgers: 6 years (UK accounting law). Server logs: up to 90 days.
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing. Email support@clashpoker.app — we respond within one month. You can delete your account at any time: see account deletion. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Clash Poker is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal data from them. Guest accounts require no name, email, or age.
