Clash Poker is a free-to-download card battler for entertainment only. By playing you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the game.
Clash Poker involves no wagering. In-game currencies and items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred outside the game. Optional purchases buy in-game currency and content for entertainment use only.
Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms; refunds follow the relevant store's refund policy. Purchased and earned in-game items are a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use them inside the game — not property.
Don't cheat, exploit bugs, use automation, harass other players, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, including forfeiting in-game items where the breach is serious.
Guest accounts are tied to your device. You can delete your account at any time — see account deletion. We may close inactive guest accounts after an extended period of inactivity.
The game is under active development (beta). Features, balance, content, and these terms may change; we may suspend or discontinue the service. We'll give reasonable notice of material changes where practical.
The game is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude warranties and limit our liability to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes belong to its courts — or your local courts where consumer law gives you that right.
